The delivery was very easy and convenient. The delivery person was very friendly and helpful. The heaters were very easy to operate and the delivery person demonstrated how to turn them on and off. The pick up was great. I will always use Kelly Rentals for any of my party rental needs!

This company is so amazing from start to finish I have zero complaints. My event was on a Sunday so they delivered Friday and did their pickup on Monday, while only charging me for one day!! My experience with Kelly Rentals was nothing short of incredible. I had forgotten to order rope & stanchion for my Saturday event, and on FRIDAY night, I panicked and called Kelly Rentals. I quickly received a text message from Danica, and she jumped right into action. Not only was she extremely empathetic and helpful, she kept me informed of the progress. She said she would do everything in her power to make this happen. She was able to move mountains and get me a confirmed order, and within 12 hours, I was receiving a delivery at my venue. I cannot THANK her enough for what she did. This has to be some sort of record of the quickest turnaround every, ESPECIALLY after hours on a Friday night.
