Customer service as it should be

Another great service from Kennings! I rang on the day of delivery to tell them I wasn't going to be in and to just leave it in the drive. The staff were professional and helpful. The delivery guy dropped off my delivery as instructed but not only that, he went out of his way to make sure it was 'out of the way'. This is my 3rd or 4th purchase from kennings and my experience so far has been nothing but great every time. I would, and often do recommend Kennings!

Excellent service and good quality of wood. Everything we needed for our project was either available or could be sourced in a short period of time. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way with advice and options

Honestly, the gazebo is great. However, I found the instructions a smidge too vague. And quite a difficult build. No pre drilled anything, so the majority was guess work. I'm pretty handy with DIY, but not that handy that I just know exactly what to do.

Regardless, finished piece is beautiful.
Hoping it will stand the test of time.

Good quality products at a great price.
Ordered 4 fence panels, 3 were the same colour 1 darker which didn’t matter a great deal but would have given 5 stars if they were all the same.
Delivery took 3 working days, all good

Delivered when they said. Driver took heavy boards round back of house, would have been a pig on my own.

I am a regular customer of kennings whilst doing my home improvements, most recent is my bathroom overhaul.

The staff are always friendly and happy to help advise or guide, the materials are all good quality and well priced.

Far better than B&Q, and of the tens to nearly a hundred times i have been in i only ever remember them not having 1 item which I was after (notched tile trowel) which i was advised a place just around the corner which sold them.

Love this company I have spent thousands with them over the last couple of years.
