I ordered garden sleepers advertised at…
I ordered garden sleepers advertised at 2.4 m x 200mm x 100mm I actually got
2.4 m x 190mm x100mm and some also had slight rot on the ends. When I tried to query this found there was no one to speak to unlike when you make an order and was fobbed off on to some automated system.

Arrived as planned and dropped no hassle

The delivery driver did not call before…
The delivery driver did not call before he came and was telling my wife that somebody should have been there to help him. Broke a gravel board. I left a message with kennings, no reply no refund. I paid 25 pounds for delivery and was not expecting this service. Sorry, this is the last time I order.

Overall happy with the service
Overall happy with the service. Advert did state 1-2days delivery but when I received the order confirmation the delivery date was 4 days. I called to ask if this could be changed. Receptionist was very helpful but I could only get my order 1 day earlier and it didn't arrive until 6pm. My advice would be check delivery before ordering if you need it quick. Delivery guys were really helpful and polite. I would definitely order from Kennings again.

Alway deliver on time. Drivers alway polite and if I'm not home they will leave it exactly where I've asked them too.
