Since my last review they got in touch and sorted out my problem and were very understanding with what i had to say in regards to their returns process and communication. BUT having said that the whole process once they contacted me as prwtty fast!, I arranged my return last thursday and got my exchanged item today so they definitely went above & beyond to get it sorted for me 👍🏻

Would love for it to be a positive review but unfortunately I can’t,
Bought 6 pairs of trainers off them via eBay, 3 pairs turned up & were defective,it appears they have gotten damp at some point and the colour has run on the suede uppers.
1 pair never turned up at all, the final pair the wrong tracking number was entered on the information so I couldn’t track them, never responded to the eBay messages. These were attempted but my details weren’t uploaded to dpd so I had no idea they were on their way or what the time window was so I missed them, eBay provided refund as Kersh again didn’t respond to emails.
The last pair arrived as I would expect & the trainer were perfect,
1 out of 6 hit rate in my opinion absolutely shocking for 6 brand new pairs of trainers.
On this basis I can’t recommend them to anyone else & will definitely not be using them again.
They have been so good over the years but something has definitely changed.

I've ordered multiple times from eBay livestreams and I've not been disappointed at all. Quality items and great prices, well packaged and quick delivery. I would recommend purchasing from them and it's always great to make an offer on an item you want, you may get it cheaper than the selling price. I'll definitely be buying from them again.

I’ve bought from Kersh Kicks multiple times before and always had a good experience, which makes this last order even more disappointing.

I ordered a pair of shoes online for £262 and received what was clearly a display/tried-on pair. The shoes arrived creased, scratched, and visibly worn. For a premium-priced product, that’s unacceptable.
What made the situation worse was the timing. I had flights booked for a vacation within hours of receiving the package, so I didn’t have enough time to return the shoes within their 14-day window for a full refund. I explained this to customer service and asked for a reasonable partial refund instead. The compensation offered was only £20, which they said was “aligned with policy.”

I understand businesses have policies, but sending damaged/display shoes in the first place shouldn’t happen. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend ordering online from Kersh Kicks. If you do shop there, I’d strongly suggest buying in-store so you can inspect the shoes yourself and avoid situations like this.

Edit: The shoes were clearly damaged on arrival: damaged heels, creased toe boxes, creasing on the back of the shoes, and scratches/scuffs along the sides. I paid for brand-new shoes, and that is not what I received. The lack of accountability from this company is honestly pathetic. Since Trustpilot doesn’t allow photo uploads, they can deny it all they want, but the pictures are available on Google Maps for anyone who wants proof.
