Keystone undertook some renovations at one of my property's. The work was very well planned; it was finished on time and on budget.  The construction team were friendly and tidy. Michael Runicles oversaw the job, his communication skills and knowledge were first class- I would recommend him and his company

Very disappointing experience.
We were clearly assured by both the sellers and the company’s sales progressor Helena, that the property would be vacant upon completion. Based on this, we proceeded with the purchase in good faith.
At exchange, the sellers suddenly claimed they had lost their temporary accommodation and needed more time. After weeks of delays, we discovered through solicitors that they never had a temporary place and were simply waiting to complete on another property.
This lack of transparency caused us significant stress, forced us to leave our home, and move into temporary accommodation unnecessarily.
It’s hard to believe the agency was unaware of this situation. After reading other reviews, it seems this is not an isolated case, and there appears to be a pattern of important information not being fully disclosed to buyers.
Based on our experience and they did not act in the buyer’s best interest.

I have been renting through keystone since 2020, and have never any problem with then,

Extremely poor communication and incompetence from the staff. I have tried calling numerous times to chase up a query, only to be met with no response. On multiple occasions, staff have answered the phone but failed to respond, leaving me wondering if they have issues with their phone lines or just lack basic customer service skills. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with Keystone Property. The service was misleading, and I encountered serious issues regarding transparency and trust. Communication was poor, and I felt that their practices were not in the best interest of their clients.

I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to proceed with extreme caution. There are far more reliable and professional companies out there that prioritize honesty and customer satisfaction.

We were told about the quality of service at keystones and approached them to sell our parents house after they had both sadly passed. The process of going through probate was daunting for us. However once we met Libby Ryan we were immediately put at ease and knew we were in great hands. I cant believe the professionalism and the knowledge this young lady has, she put us at ease from the outset, and is a credit to the company. The whole team at Keystones have been nothing but excellent in all they do. The speed at which they sold the house and gaining the highest possible price was just amazing. Keystones have been absolutely amazing to deal with. From viewing the property to having the offer accepted was a very smooth process. Sam helped us with getting our offer accepted very quick without have to chase or any hassle. We had some issues with the solicitors but Scott from Keystones was quick in stepping in and supporting us throughout till completion, which was very helpful. Excellent agency to deal with! I am about to complete on a property sold through Keystones. It has been a painful and long process. However, Sam, Scott, Gemma, Troy and other members of staff all joined in to help us get our flat. Their work has been brilliant all along and communication has been outstanding. I highly recommend them and will use them in future will I ever decide to sell :)

We recently sold our Property through Keystones and we was in chain The agency just keep push to sign the contracts soon as possible they dont care that we got kids they keep calling me every day I had so much stress.Our house was really nice and we got an offer below 10k after we sold the house we so so many houses that was not really nice and more expensive. They charge a lot and I'm not satisfied about what we received at the end our house been sold through them . Afterwards I'm not recomend them.

Scott and the team at Keystones’s are by far the best estate agents out there. I have worked with Keystones’s for many years, as a landlord and selling my properties I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my investments they get the job done with minimal stress it’s a pleasure to do business with them year after year
