We recently rang Key for advice on Equity Release, they put us in touch with Neil Bell. Neil was so friendly, very professional, extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly he listened. He made the process very easy, nothing was too much trouble and he was always there if we needed advice. He went above and beyond. Thank you Neil and to everyone else who helped with our equity release journey.

Joseph Withers was extremely competent and made sure we were happy with the whole package.My wife has a eye problem which means she has trouble reading but Mr Withers made certain she followed everything.
