We had spoken the other advisors before contacting Andrew Warby and to be honest we weren't overly impressed. However from the very start my wife and I agreed that Andrew was the type of person we would like to work with. He is open, helpful knowledgeable and friendly and helped us find the right product when there seemed to be obstacles at every turn. He put himself out to help and kept at it until we were able to finally complete on our Equity Release plans last week. Thanks Andrew, you are a star!

Our experience
My mother took Equity Release of £95,000 in 2005.
At present, the balance to repay is approx. £380,000 increasing by £20,000+ a year.
The property concerned is valued at approx £450,000
Given this outcome, she would never do it again. She feels upon her demise, there will be nothing left to leave her grandchildren.

Professional, interested and a great help
This was the second time we have sought the advice of Key estate planners with will writing and power of attorney documents.
Tom Walmsley has been a fabulous patient guy. He explains well, highlights potential pitfalls and make very useful suggestions without applying pressure.
The phone helpline is also very helpful.
They make sorting out stuff that can be stressful to do as pleasant as it can be.
