I saw the ad for Booming Bookkeeping through Facebook, and contemplated it for a week before I took action. I had my doubts, but after attending on day 1 with Bill I knew I could obtain my goals to become a Bookkeeper, which I had wanted to do for a long time, because of Bill's knowledge, which he conveyed with real life examples of how to be successful. Never once did Bill express that one could be lazy and succeed, it would take real work, but if one pursued they would succeed!

This is a great introduction to bookkeeping if you have never done it before and have no idea what is involved. In order to make it a career there is a lot more to learn and Bill provides it at a price. I signed up for the course and it is slow going because I work a full time job also. So far so good.

I felt like the experience overall was very informative, but like Bill said it only scratches the surface which only made me more curious about how to continue it. I wish there were some more practice things that we could have done on our own where it was like a graded homework assignment to see what we learned from that day in terms of trying to replicate what Bill showed us. (Might be useful or not - I am not sure or might complicate things) But overall, I truly enjoyed hearing the success stories and helped me inspire myself to continue. As a former Travel RN and Conservator for a parent, I had a lot of records to keep for a CPA. My handwritten bookkeeping method and paper files made Tax Season a dreaded time. Was there a better way?
