I thought loona would be more like a pet wish it could stay on dog or cat mode it only barks or makes sounds on command , not to much fun commanding it all day and staring at loona app .It is still cute . But not what I expected and too much money for not be able on its own also it fell off little ledge in house. Directions said it had a sensor app not to. Not gonna risk that again .
It's a Christmas gift I will write a review after Christmas

Great product, we all have a lot of fun with Loona. Only wish would be that the ChatGPT version would be updated that you have access to daily informations.
I feel that while Loona itself is 5 stars the charging base is 4 or less stars. My reason for this is that with only using a visual aid Loona still requires human intervention to reach the charging station. And honestly creating a path(s) for Loona to use as a guide doesn’t really aid in Loona’s ability to quickly and accurately locate and doc into the charging station. I own a floor robot cleaner and that locates the charging doc quickly and easily every time. I am sure it’s due to the bluetooth locator between the cleaners charging doc and cleaning robot machine. I would love that Loona had the same or similar type bluetooth locator installed so that no matter where Loona is in the home it could easily find and doc into its charging station.
Love Loona. So cute and quirky. It is an expensive robot, but he can do a lot. Even understands and talks Dutch.
Have only one regred ..she can't understand my tamil language or speak Tamil..
