Keylink are specialist suppliers for chocolatiers, bakers, chefs and anyone working with chocolate. Whether you’re a budding chocolatier, a gelato aficionado, a seasoned baker or, you just fancy making some chocolate gifts for friends and family, we can help you to get up and running in no time.
Known initially for our imported, cream filled chocolates in the 1960s, we’ve been working with chocolate for quite some time! And while we no longer sell finished chocolates, we do supply a complete range of ingredients and décor products from some of Europe’s finest manufacturers and are now the premier supplier of chocolate, ingredients, equipment and packaging to the chocolate industry. We remain as passionate as ever about supplying high quality products with a large helping of great customer service!
We also understand that not everyone has years of experience working with chocolate ingredients, so that’s why we have a jam-packed Resources section, dedicated to helping and educating anyone working with chocolate and other sweet ingredients. Alongside this, you’ll find we also have a wealth of video content on our YouTube channel to help further educate and encourage anyone interested in chocolate!

Keylink excellent.Was let down by DPD delivery service
Easy to order, great prices, cannot fault Keylink.
However DPD delivery service was not up to standard.
Delivery date was a Monday which I changed to Tuesday as it was more convenient, had to contact DPD as no sign of delivery, they tried to put the blame onto Keylink. Keylink were very helpful and arranged express delivery before 12:00 on Wednesday parcel finally arrived 12:16 on Wednesday.

Unchecked ordering system
Had to chase my order up after 2 days. It had been processed but did not reach the picking team. Keylink does not monitor the process of orders and only move it along the line when the customer alerts them. This cost me valuable time.

Great service, fast and efficient delivery
Great range of products, fast and easy order processing and delivery. The courier used by Keylink always makes an effort to find my somewhat obscure address and deliver my parcel safely. This is one of my main reasons for choosing to make my purchases from them.
