I strongly advise against booking with KeyOne. We booked an apartment in Austria near the ski resort, and everything seemed fine during our communication with them days before arrival. However, when we arrived, we couldn’t access the apartment. We contacted KeyOne, and after days of messaging with them, they suddenly claimed they were just a marketing agency and told us to contact the host—who turned out to also be them. They provided no solution and instead told us to contact Airbnb.

Our reservation was canceled right before New Year's, leaving us stranded after already purchasing a 5-day ski pass for Gerlitzen. This was a complete scam and caused us a lot of stress and inconvenience. Avoid them at all costs!

I have had an opportunity to deal with multiple realty firms in Dubai, but Key One Realty made it exceptionally smooth, remarkably easy, and flawless. Ms. Merracquel from the Key One Realty team is a perfectionist. From documentation to doubts clarification, assistance in ease of move-in and move-out with minimalistic challenges, she made it all possible without any hassles.

As well, would like to thank you for being such a good company to work with.
Facilities are always clean, maintenance personnel is always available and any time assistance is required a prompt reply is provided.

Also would like to thank you for the nice Christmas decorations at the lobby, it means a lot to us who celebrate such an important event.

And finally thanks for the renewal of our lease. As stated since the first time we would like to stay here for at least 5 years.

Only one thing I would like to point out and make a suggestion. Is the use of the visitors parking. They are there, and available. Our visitors should be able to use them. Perhaps a maximum period of 6 hours should be allowed, in coordination with the tenant receiving the visitors.
So a procedure could be implemented to have access to it and have a good use of the visitors parking.

One last thing, also related to the parking. Sometimes I see tenants (or visitors) accessing from the way out. The barrier comes off. And eventually I also see cars parked in the driveway, rather than at a parking space.

Well it's been a roller coaster lately but at the end of it all I really appreciate all the support and energy that kel had put in just to make office 702 @Nastaran tower aljadaff move in process a success, to mention a few, kel was at her best day and night making all necessary moves,calls and text for the activation of dewa which has really caused alot of unnecessary time of waiting to be fixed, indeed i celebrate her keen to details attitude and her customer approach im words was a real top notch

I had an enquiry about the air conditioning and it was resolved within minutes by my agent.
