Unable to withdraw funds due to a stuck limit order
My limit order is currently stuck (frozen) in the system, and I am unable to cancel it or perform any actions.
Because of this stuck order, my margin remains locked, and consequently, I cannot withdraw my own funds. I immediately contacted support to request the cancellation of the order and the release of my funds, but no action has been taken so far.
While I understand system errors can happen, I have zero trust in a support team that ignores a situation where a customer's funds are effectively held hostage. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue.
