I bought a Windows 11 Pro key.
The first key I received was not good and I could not activate W11 Pro.
I sent an e-mail to the support office of Keywrld.
The next day I received a new key, which enabled me to successfully activate Windows 11 Pro.
I am satisfied with the support from Keywrld and the quick resolution of issues.

Slow process, but finally working
I bought a key, all was correct with a message saying I would receive in "about 15 seconds", but didn't receive anything. After some time waiting I contacted via email and they answered in 2-4 hours. They sent a key not working, but when I showed a screenshot with the error they gave me in only some minutes another one which did work.

The guys at keywrld gave me support almost immediately after my purchase
I purchased a key and got it immediately after purchase.
Once i realised that my code didn't work I emailed their websites help email and got a response almost immediately. They told me in a really simple way my mistake and offered help in getting my windows key to work.
I'd give more stars but that is not possible.

Two days later and the situation remains unchanged.
Update: Can confirm that codes have been received. Changing to 4-star rating now.
