Bought Windows 10 Pro license key and was reported as already used. Not worth my time chasing up a refund. Useless - stay clear - use another company

Buenos días, compré una licencia de windows 10 hace 2 semanas y todavía no me han enviado una clave que funcione , me enviaron unas keys y no funcionan , he enviado email y no contestan .

Purchased Windows.
Used key and contacted CS.
2 days no response….

Bought win 11 pro and office pro plus 2021 and for the win key everything went fine. For office there was needed a little e-mail ping pong with the customer support, but they were very fast to reply and helpful. For 6 euro for both keys it was not an issue to have some conversations with Timothy :)

Compré el pasado domingo una clave para tener office en el ordenador de mi hermano y hay sábado todavía no ha llegado nada. El dinero se lo cobraron enseguida, pero el famoso código ni ha llegado ni se le espera.
Son unos ladrones...
Tengo capturas de pantalla de la compra, pero hasta la fecha no ha llegado a mi correo nada de nada.
La orden de compra es la 61911 del 13 de octubre.
Por si no queda claro, no recomiendo comprar en la citada página.

Tras escribir a su correo me respondieron y enviaron el código por el que había pagado más de 7 días antes, alegando fallos en el sistema. SI QUERÉIS EL CÓDIGO URGENTE PUEDE SER QUE NO OS LLEGUE A TIEMPO.
