In April 2024, we re-platformed a decade-old website from WooCommerce to Shopify. KFA Connect was tasked with building our stock and order middleware connector with SAP ERP and Options WMS.

Nearly two months in, the project has been a resounding success. Shortly after launch, our Archive Sale broke all records, with some of the highest order volumes we have seen. The stock and order integrations Joe and his team built were thoroughly stress-tested and performed flawlessly.

I have been using Magic Tax to submit my VAT returns from Keyloop Drive, digitally since March. I have to say Magic in name and Magic in operation. This is a programme designed to retrieve the information and give it over to HMRC in a simple way. The people at Magic are approachable, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Once I know what has to be adjusted (Fuel and Scale charge, timing differences etc) I put it through in Drive and the VAT Reconciliation gives the adjusted figures - I upload ... and its done! I was wary at first but Nicki basically held my hand ... and now I'm swimming away quite happily. Very happy to recommend this company and its programme for MTD with CDK/Keyloop.

We have worked with KFA for a couple of years now; from the beginning, they have been helpful and insightful. When we have an issue or a query they are efficient at replying and putting in place and executing a plan to resolve anything. Where we might not know the best way to do something, they are able to offer ideas or techniques in layman's terms and are always happy to offer their professional insight. We have a particularly unique internal system and they worked on a custom solution to ensure that our website is functional and reliable whilst using the internal data. Ensured the system worked fully before transitioning between servers and were there to provide help at any stage in the project.
