We had great time, food was hot and fresh, staff very very good

I bought kfc at sam ntuli mall 2day Tuesday specials it wa so bad its wet oil no taste

On 6 October at about 17:30-17:45 I went to the KFC Nel Acres Drive thru in Nelspruit only to find out at the ordering pion that that they were taking cash only and not card. 1. This was extremely frustrating why wud I come to drive thru if the expectation is for me to jump out of my car after being in the drive thru and pay inside the restaurant 2. The expectation was that I waist my petrol and time waiting in a drive thru line only still need to park and go into the restaurant. When coming back from a hectic day at work n opting for take aways it’s suppose to be stress free fast helpful experience instead I found a very frustrating and time wasting experience. KFC you get a -0 review from me.

Kfc boitekong has bad service they always don't have enough stock everytime and today I order 3 streetwise meal there was no pap instead they gave us mini loaves , a low filled gravy

Oh the chicken was so moist and delicious!!! I have never had anything like it. S/O to the KFC Odendaalsrus employees! Y’all put y’all foot innit.

I bought a seat in the food quality was 100% and the kiosk mechine was easy to use and the restaurant is clean

I made online purchase for my food at Botshabelo Mall on Saturday 05/09/2026 around 18H00 it took them an hour to prepare a 9 piece bucket the staff were too slow to help the queues

I bought 5 pieces at kfc bird street around 21:45pm but wat I got inside was truly disappointed as the gave me one piece and burger with 2 wings. My slip number was 2226

I had a great experience with their service at KFC Middelburg west, the food was tasty my order came on time hot and freshly prepared, the staff is always friendly and this restaurant is clean and breathtaking,

The service was fast and my meal was perfectly prepared

When ever you come to kfc any kfc in cape town these people always argue with you as a paying customer that you cannot have spice. As if the kfc employers buys it out of their own pocket and this is something that needs to be address for something so small its very frustrating.
