I never received my order after purchasing the set on Feb 27th. I called today on 4/3 and they let me know that they lost it in transit and they sent an email on the 27th to let me know. Looked back and no email was sent. I reached out several times with emails to the customer service and also called two times. Once on a a Friday March 20th to be told its a holiday and call back. I then talked to someone on the 25th. They never mentioned anything else but that it was running behind...no call, no email in my inbox. I reached out today on 4/3 and they wanted to ask if they could send me a gift worth $24 for my troubles...no reason for not reaching out or to resend the order after claiming its lost in transit. I am beyond frustrated. Told me it would be another 5/10 business days for my refund. No confirmation number just that they would send an email. I NEVER received anything in the first place for. I was VERY excited to try this product and am so disappointed with the lack of communication or empathy.
