It was a good experience
It was a good experience, resume was much better than I expected, it took 3 months to get the interviews but that is still considerable due to on going situation in middle east. Over all experience was good

I had this service for 6 months subscription they are very focused only on money not the service. Before I subscribe the sales office called me regularly and after I subscribed the guy and team completely disappeared. What he has promised its completely opposite its happened. I did not get even single Interview through their service and refund also not provided. They are not worth even for 1%.

Paid for Career Navigator service but unable to obtain activity evidence
I paid US$408 to Khaleej Careers on 14 June 2026 for their career assistance services.
The package included resume writing, cover letter preparation, LinkedIn profile optimization, and Personalised Career Assistance/Career Navigator.
While the resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn optimization were delivered, I was disappointed with their quality. In my experience, the content was quite generic and vague and did not adequately represent my technical background, experience, or seniority as an IT professional. I expected a much more technically focused and professionally tailored service considering that this was a paid personalized career package.
My more serious concern, however, relates to the Career Navigator/Personalised Career Assistance component.
I was informed that Career Navigator was activated/upgraded only on 3 August 2026, despite my having paid the full amount on 14 June. I subsequently requested basic evidence of the job applications, profile submissions/recommendations, and recruiter/employer outreach performed on my behalf.
I made it clear that any confidential recruiter or employer information could be redacted. I only requested reasonable information such as the number of applications/submissions, dates, roles targeted, platforms used, status, and available supporting evidence.
Khaleej Careers acknowledged my complaint and stated that the concerned team would review the matter and provide a clear response and appropriate solution. I specifically requested this information by 20 August 2026. As of 21 August 2026, I have received neither the requested evidence nor a substantive resolution.
As a paying customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect transparency regarding a service advertised as applying for jobs and connecting candidates with recruiters and employers.
