Ok course, Kibo has been the best experience in solving any issues we may have. We give you about a 5 star rating. It has been great working with Kibo. You personally answer and resolve questions we had, and we are so happy to have switched to Kibo service. The most important thing for us is that we can talk to a live representative, someone who is always ready to assist us.

Our representative Ryan Molinaro is awesome. He is easy to work with and explains your card processing service/program in detail where and when needed. He is easily accessible. Any issues that he does not handle, he will stay on the line and get the other person on the phone to resolve the issue. Absolutely great service.

Unfortunately, I canceled this service within 3 months.
Because Merchant Lynx deducted about $200 as an annual fee within 3 months. I talked with Lynx and he said I have to pay. I called another number to KIBO. They helped me a lot. In a month, I received a full refund from KIBO. Thank you very much for helping me. And also I received a monthly fee about $80 which I was deduced.

The system is good. There is no credit card fee for us when the customer used their card.
