They claim the color is for the Adidas gazelle shoes. The color is not. It arrived a mint green when the color on their site showed a baby blue. I asked to return them and they would only give me half my money back and make me pay to ship them back. For that 7 buck refund, I instead had to throw them in the garbage.

Kicks shoelaces provide an excellent product and a very caring customer service. Sadly my first order failed to arrive due to courier error. Steve, a member of the customer service team once made aware of the issue was on the case and I soon had my order. Safely received. Steve followed the order from start to finish to ensure it reached me. A rare quality after care service.
The laces are of excellent quality.

I would NOT buy from this website. They charge $6.99 shipping for shoelaces?!?!
I needed laces for my air max 97s and they should be 137 cm and they only have 120 cm or 150 cm.
Also, I should have read their policy which is my fault but I ordered some laces and needed to return them and they not only make you pay for shipping to send it back but they only give you half your money back?!?! So, I lost out $14 bucks on shoelaces. Never again. There are plenty of other websites to get the right size and right color for cheaper with the same quality.
