Horrible experience. The page looked authentic and I ordered a pair of shoes from them in October, 24. I raised multiple complaints but got no response from them. Even consumer forum could not help me in this.

I have the same grievance like everyone else! I ordered for a pair of Hermes footwear after looking at their page on insta (since it looked so authentic) little did I know it's not verified reseller or even page on insta. They sent me a shitty looking pair of crocs and now there's no response from them. It's an absolute scame, please beware AND report these idiots on insta so they get banned!

This is a professional scam page it just scams our money , first of all if you do cod it will take 800 rs as booking charges then after Dilevry it of cod the package will be something else leme give quick example ( you ordered I phone and got soap or some old rubbish phone ) this is what they do

I got scammed for 2028 Rs. I ordered for two shirts and got cheap 2 vests

This site is a scam I ordered a shirt and the money was cod before that I texted them and they were replying me as per my need but after i paid tha money online they didn’t even reply and the delivery guy asked me for the full amount which I already paid online after that I contacted them with my different number and they replied me within seconds but when i said that i have paid the money already and yet haven’t received my order they just dont reply after that

They will send it road side shoe worth ₹ 249

Extremely terrible follow up by the team. the product that came was not only completely different from what I ordered , but it was of extremely poor quality and when I tried to reachout to them via multiple platforms there was no response DO NOT TRUST them shitty support team, shitty product

Bruhhhh they’re the worst scammers. Everything seemed quite professional so I got a little confidence to order.

Little did I know it would turn out to be such a scam. Bloody beggars should be jailed and beaten black and blue. Scamming people instead of earning an honest living.

I highly suspect the courier people (nimbus post) are also a part of the entire scam

Can we all collectively place a complaint against them. These people should be caught for all of these scams. I have been scammed too and this should be reported as soon as possible.

This is a fraudulent website, I paid for a lacoste polo tshirt and they sent a local torn tshirt. Since then I have been following up for replacement or refund and no one is reachable. Now I have realised I will not get money and I have been cheated. DON'T BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET CHEATED!

Kickswave and swipeluxury are same sites and company.
I'm trying to purchase from theKickwave.com and they asking for partial COD, I'm getting a bit sceptical for this website as there are multiple negative compliants against this website. I also looked at another website Swipeluxury.com, it looked similar to me. When I asked on WhatsApp about this website from kickswave they denied, surprisingly I got a video call from the 9201530368, some Aditya video call me from kickwave and showed me some random products. When I asked him that show me the products I want he told me that they are there in their warehouse where around 70000 products are stored, so I aksed him to arrange the pictures of the same, he didn't WhatsApp me the real pictures, instead he gave me some pics from other sellers from Instagram. When I told him that these are not the real pictures, he said they are pictures from their warehouse and you will get the same product delivered at your doorstep, if you face any issue thebrefund will be issued immediately and their courier patner will pick up the profuct.
Later when I realised that it is the same number whom I have received call from swipeluxury.
They are the same persons who are running these 2 websites together registered under Mahadev Enterprises and Mahaveer Enterprises in Maharashtra.
Kindly advised me by replying your experience so that further strict action can be taken against them for any kind of frauds and misconduct.
