Today as the driver came to tow my car it felt like I was doing something to help someone else ,My heart hurt but it was a different kind of pain a relief to know that as a child my Mother always said "One man's junk is another man's treasure",it would have been easy to give to a junk yard for parts to sold but it is easier to give to help some one else...Thanks for all Your Help

They were easy to deal with on the…
They were easy to deal with on the phone. But when I needed to make a change of address, they did not update with the correct information. And at 4:57 in the morning, my phone rang with the tow truck operator coming to pick up a vehicle that was in my personal driveway with another vehicle parked in front of it. So I had to wake family members up to move everything around so the tow truck driver could take the vehicle.
The paperwork that was sent to the tow truck driver had incorrect information on it that I do not recall stating when on the phone.
It was scheduled for 10am to 2pm pick up.
This was in a very quiet neighborhood that is filled with war veterans that do not appreciate being woke up early to post-traumatic noises.
The tow truck driver was VERY nice and apologetic, even though none of it was his fault. Since the tow truck driver is an owner-operator and was 3 hours away from his office it did not warrant asking him to come back at a later time.

A pickup scheduled for 10AM–2PM should never result in a 4:57AM disruption, especially in a quiet neighborhood where such noise is understandably a major concern.
While we’re grateful you mentioned the driver was kind and professional, you’re absolutely right that the paperwork should have reflected the correct information, and we missed the mark. We’ve shared your feedback internally so we can address this directly and help prevent it from happening again.

Phone agent very knowledgeable and took all my info and set up the vehicle donation date.
Towing company did not call me for pickup time. Yet your Phone agents called me to ask if towing company called me. I said nope. Agent immediately got in touch with the tow company and the vehicle was picked up by 5 pm the same day.

I have 23 tickets from a car donated to…
I have 23 tickets from a car donated to kids car donations . I have obtained a copy of the release of liability, but that does not stop the tickets from coming to my address under my name. These tickets, not including late fees come out to $3,680.
I am a retired grandmother living in fear that one day I will be pulled over and put in jail because I donated my car to a scam operation and owe a large fee.
I have been to the DMV which tells me I am have done all I can do. I have sent copies of the tickets to Karskidsdonations - but they Have not stopped the flow of tickets coming to my home every other week.
Most of the tickets are from the same address where he is parking illegal. I am tempted to drive to this address and take my car back. Will this car owner complain to the police with over $ 3600 in tickets received from his front door? Why haven’t they towed the car away?
You just want to do good- and not suffer crazy consequences - life is tough enough !
