Respond fast to emails, dispatch very fast, and counts are spot on, any issues with missing or damaged items are rectified straight away.
Great business model where you are not tied into minimum quantities which is great

The service provided by yourselves was…
The service provided by yourselves was very good. The transportation of the goods was very poor which was provide by UPS. Whilst I accept that the street number was not provided the driver has the number to call and resolve. He could quite easily have done this when he was approaching the area for his other deliveries.

Great customer service...poor packing of products.
Great experience dealing with their main contact. Very reasonable prices. However, the products were packed terribly, with heavy items thrown in on top of boxed display items. Luckily it only damaged some of the display boxes.
I will continue to work with Kidz Gifts, but will communicate with them to pack the boxes more carefully!

Undecided if I'd use again
The site has loads of choice which is great! Shame the delivery charge is only waived over £150, I've used other companies with free next day delivery with a lower minimum spend.
Also I was missing 4 items from my delivery which were refunded wrongly.
The quality of some products was great but I was disappointed by others.

Hiccups at first, but resolved with good service
Edit: despite the original issues, the company have been in contact and all issues resolved. They couldn’t have been more apologetic and helpful, which was very much appreciated.
Items missing, items damaged because everything was just thrown together in a box.
Emailed twice, contacted through twitter twice, still no answer from the company to help resolve the issues.
