The store and the purchase experience…
The store and the purchase experience was good but
the package was never received.
I paid for a quick delivery, but no further information was provided by the DPD regarding were parcel was left. Just an incomplete name and a blurred photo.
Unfortunately my friend is leaving the hotel tomorrow morning.
Update: At the moment of leaving the hotel the parcel appeared. Keeping the review as it would have been a better experience if more support had been provided.
It´s not Kienda´s fault, but it´s a supplier of them that is part of the experience.

Fantastic prices and service.
I’ve bought numerous games from different sites before but was blown away by the service received from this company. Was able to buy a game that was out of stock everywhere else at an unbelievably low price. The game was with me the very next day and the postage was free. Will definitely buy all my games from here and have already recommended Kienda to my friends and family .

Exceptional customer service
I ordered a game as a present for my husband, whose OCD won't allow him to overlook any damage to the box. The game we received had a corner that was damaged, however, that wasn't an issue thanks to Mark at Kienda, who was super helpfull and exceptionally quick in his communication with us and scheduled a pick up followed by a fast refund. Thank you very much. Amazing customer service. Definitely will recommend.
