Order #204550 - So, the "feel stars", some of them are just the basic model with a name stamped on.
Natalia Starr & Nicolette Shea , were on sale for £15 each, sounded like a good deal... when they got here they were identical other than the packaging and the name stamped on them. They also did not look like the pictures on the site. They looked identical to the base model thats not listed as a "feel star".
I did also get another in the same order for the standard price £40 or somethnig, this one was actually not the "base model".
Best case scenario its the sales that are a scam. Worst case, some of these "feel stars" are scam even if they are not on sale.
Ripped off!

I was impressed by the fast delivery of my Keon, and the included gift was a nice touch. But the excitement ended quickly: the device arrived Dead on Arrival with a unhealthy mechanical grinding and screeching noise (especially at low speeds ~7%) and unstable Bluetooth.
I provided clear video and high-res audio evidence as requested, but support dismissed it as "consistent with expected behaviour" and claimed 60-80 dB is normal for male sex toys.
For a premium-priced intimacy product, a mechanical failure from day one raises serious safety concerns (potential injury during use). Kiiroo tried to dodge with hygiene seal lectures, ignoring EU warranty rights (§§ 434, 437, 440 BGB in Germany). I'm still waiting for a proper refund and also currently in the process of preparing a chargeback through my Bank.
Update: After speaking with support, we came to a solution for both sides. For me, this solves the issue completely.

I bought the Spot toy in May but started using it around June. My usage wasn’t consistent because of what I was using it for, and I didn’t use it at all in August and September. When I finally started using it again in November, I noticed it was going off by itself. The app was also crashing a lot, and several functions weren’t working properly.
I contacted Kiiroo to report the issue, and honestly, I was surprised by how they handled it. I initially thought that because of my location and country(Africa), they might not take my complaint seriously but they did. Since it hadn’t been up to a year I bought the toy, they even arranged a replacement for me which is currently being shipped to me.
Their customer service is very patient, responsive, and supportive. I’m genuinely grateful for the experience and will continue to purchase my Spot toys from Kiiroo.

Very helpful and quick to respond, great support. I made a mistake when placing my order and had it canceled by writing to support. They responded very quickly and acted immediately. I ordered the PowerShot and there was a slight delay in my order being dispatched due to customs holding Kiiroo’s stock but it was well worth the wait because the PowerShot feels amazing I love the strong vibrations and the ability to change the vibration settings I’ve never came so much when using a toy and I look forward to getting the case to use it with the Keon as well. The packaging was discrete as always just a plain cardboard box with an Evri sticker on and customs declaration which just says ‘Novelty Item’ so no one knows what’s inside you’ve been ordering which is great. When I opened the box I loved the packaging the PowerShot is in and the little storage case it comes with. Thank you Kiiroo you have smashed it again and I will be back for more products very soon!!

and one of the sleeves is basically mutilated at the oraface.

Their products are already well reviewed so I want to share my customer service experience with Kiiroo. They went out of their way to help me with mistakes I made during ordering process. It’s hard to find this kind of service these days when most communication is done online. I honestly thought I was going to be out of luck and had to pay for my mistake expecting one of those general Ai response from kiiroo but nope. They were prompt with their response and they followed up until my issue was resolved. I have to leave a review and share when I stumble upon great customer service like this one.
