I have been on the subscription plan…

I have been on the subscription plan for a while. I received an email stating that you were low on the Superior Care Salmon. There was no more correspondence from Superior Care. So I ordered the food myself. Then I received emails on the shipment and the tracking. Now my dog is almost out of food and UPS email me and said the item was delivered. It was not delivered to my house. I tried compete a claim with UPS but I needed information from Superior such as address, phone #, contact person. I called KIKA this morning and left a message. Noone has called as of yet and I'm out the payment for this food and now I have to find some other food for my dog.

Shampoo: imprisoning. smelled suspiciously like “self care.” zero stars.
Conditioner: just shampoo’s accomplice. absolutely not.
Bath itself: violation of civil liberties.

BUT.

That cooling towel afterward????? THAT was luxury. That was spa. That was “retired heiress being gently misted on a yacht” energy. I would like 14 more immediately.

Overall review: baths suck but I survived bravely and deserve rotisserie chicken compensation.

Will not take returns if opened

Will not take returns if opened . How do you know if it works if you don’t try it? Obviously do not stand behind your product otherwise you would give a refund as the product doesn’t work

Product lost upon delivery. Reached out to company and no response. No one returned call or voicemail. Will not recommend.

My dog has bad tear stains

My dog has bad tear stains, on a white dog it looks awful. I am doing all I can to avoid this . Hope your year reduction formula works.
