It seems like a well built quad. Only have couple hrs do for. But it's really nice. Stated right up, my grandson loves it like no other. Lol have to see how it goes.

All the nuts and bolts started falling off and it's hard to order parts for the bike and i need a part for the bike now

Great ppl to deal with, especially Jim G, thanks Jim. Delivery was fast, on time, and an overall easy process. I've finally gotten to try this wheeler out and I'm very happy with it. The reason for 4 stars and not 5, is the fact that it was shipped out with a dead cell battery. $30 on walmart.com and 3 days wait and I now have a good battery. Figured it cost me that in shipping to send the bad battery back under warranty.

I received a call while at work, 11:55am PST. The message was pertaining to alternate scooter color options. I called back at 12:02pm. The agent had no record of the call I received. I called again at 2:48pm, different agent but same result, no record of anyone calling me about color options. Subsequently, I wasn't authorized to make the color change, the scooter was purchased by me but in my wife's name. My wife works till 5pm. Impossible for her to make that decision. At 4:46pm, the original agent called back. I explained about the previous trouble I had. Still, nothing was resolved, so we cancelled the order.

Absolutely horrific. Worst experience I've ever had buying something.

Shipping was earlier than expected. Quad was in good condition after taking out of crate. Instructions are adequate and the quad started right up.
