Used Killester for the Champions Cup Final day trip. Despite the disappointing result from the match itself the service Killester provided was brilliant. Full Itinerary given out a week before travel, got the match Tickets sent to me the Tuesday before the game. The check in at Dublin Airport was quick, when we arrived in Bilbao transfers buses ready & waiting with the reps in the airport directing us to them, dropped right beside the stadium & only two minute walk to the buses after the game back to the airport. Will be definitely using them again for future rugby trips.

I booked a place on the Irl v Italy 6Nations Tour to Rome with Killester Travel for Feb 2027. Exactly one week after I booked I realised I would be unable to travel. So I emailed Killester Travel and sought a refund. I heard nothing and left it a few days and then emailed them again. Bearing in mind that I had not even received a formal invoice from them for the booking, I first contacted them 1 week after the date of making the booking, and the event was 10 months away, I was floored to be told they could not give me a refund under their T&C's. Sure they have a no refund policy in their T&C's but they could easily resell my room this far in advance and give me a refund of my deposit. They offered a name change to another person in my group, but everybody else has already booked with them. Then they offered me a voucher to use against a future tour - having been treated like this would I really want to use them again? I appreciate they cannot give refunds to everyone but given the quick notice I gave them and how far in the future the event is, I think it is totally reasonable to expect a refund. Extremely poor customer service, in my opinion. I will never use them again and would advise others from using them too with this level of customer service. On the flipside I used Rugby Travel Ireland for a tour last year to Chicago, and they could not have been more flexible and helpful. I know who I will be using for Rugby Tours in future. Trustpilot ratings confirm my view.

Just back from Georgia after travelling with Killester travel. The trip was superb and our rep, Seán, was extremely helpful, professional and organised great excursions. The itinerary was well balanced and everything went well (apart from the weather at the match). Most of all it was carefree fun, and as a solo traveller, the group were extremely friendly (and nearly all were repeat customers of Killester Travel). I would highly recommend.

When things go wrong (bags don’t arrive) they disappear….in a foreign city with no bag and they take no responsibility for it - rugby travel have staff helping their clients but killester dump you - be v careful -
