I rang them at 10.30 in the morning and they were at my house at 2.30pm the same day. They were quick and efficient and dealt with the wasp nest.

After discovering some resident rats in my garden , rang killline . Lovely man came out I think he was called Dale . Reassured me as he could see I was anxious . He got rid of the problem using pet safe techniques as he was aware I had a young dog . He came over 4 weeks and every time took his shoes off in the house , was polite and even made an extra effort with my disabled son . My dog actually wanted to go home with him after the last visit .

Received same day service following a phone call seeking help with a wasp’s nest in my loft. Sean Mooney removed the football sized nest quickly and efficiently and gave advice regarding future action. Sean took the time to explain the crooks of my potential honey bee infestation and saved me from going ahead with a faceless (and somewhat non-compliant) alternative company to ‘solve’ the problem.

Sean and his colleague arrived dot on the time he gave me which was perfect as I’d had to take time off work for them to inspect the problem. Luckily the bees hadn’t set up home and Sean was honest about this. This is very refreshing having had experience of people in specialist areas where they’re motivate by money rather than helping their customer.

Both Sean and his colleague were really down to earth and friendly. Couldn’t recommend them more. Restored my faith in that there are genuine people out there who take pride in their work and are open with their customers.

Shaun is very polite and efficient, we called him with a pest control problem just after Christmas and he told us that he would definitely get rid of them, he found the entry points and came back every week to check the property until they had gone. Wouldn’t use anyone else now!
