Didn’t want to leave any stars, order still not received which was made 21/9!!!! After many back and forth emails of them telling me my items would be posted and it had been an error it’s now the 21/11 and I still have not received anything and I’ve been sending emails every second day getting no response whatsoever and noticed when I went to go online chat there web page has been closed for 2 weeks now! Avoid at all costs

Orders one 2nd October heard nothing can't contact them as email doesn't work?! Put a dispute in with clearpay then Saif it was dispatched. Cancelled the dispute then not to recieve so another dispute in then sent next day. Delivered today with half missing and no labels?! So can't actually sell on.
Dispute back in with clearpay. Never again will I buy from this company

Really didn’t want to leave any stars. My order was a birthday present that arrived 6weeks late, my emails were ignored then finally after 8 weeks they responded and told me there computers had been down so they couldn’t read emails sent. The gift was a mess, I ordered a sleepy bath bundle, the soap sponge had melted into paper bag it was in and the the bath bombs looks smudged and tatty. Not worth £20! They said they will refund me and payment should be in my bank 5/7 working days (still waiting 2 weeks later)

Wouldn't give 1 star, haven't received order placed mid sept.
Cannot email, phone number is dead, Bot doesn't respond yet still taking payments. Yet reps are still selling products, cannot find a way to get money refunded.
Emailed Via clearpay it just bounces, looks like they've gone bust but happy to take people's money

If only there was a way to give ZERO stars.

After reading all these reviews I'm absolutely disgusted but, relived to know I'm not the only one going through this.

I've been waiting on two orders since August, shipped beginning of September, but nothing recieved. I contacted KC multiple times via email, to get a nasty email back. I only wanted to chase up my orders for the sake of customers. As I'm entitled to. I had to refund all customers out my own pocket, as they'd been waiting so long and thought it was only fair to do so. I got told they'd been shipped, which I already knew but now October still no products, still being ignored and no answer when you call.

I'm still waiting on commission being paid from the 15th September. They removed me out of their rep Facebook group.

It's absolutely disgusting. Never would recommend becoming a rep for company and definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

I'm not at the stage of having to take things further as I'm out of pocket by a lot of money

Absolutely awful and disgusting owner

Absolutely awful, parcel didn’t arrive after over four weeks after being told it was posted to them find out it was only posted yesterday, Royal Mail strikes are used as an excuse when EVri is also used to deliver, so many people being scammed as money is taken and no parcels arrive, you get told to contact customer service who are then either rude of ignore your messages. The owner bullies her reps (I have proof), then blocks and removes them on the reps group chat when they call out the bullying, she is also holding illegal raffles on her own page with the promise of a winner being drawn and no winner is drawn, literally scamming her own reps out of their own money probably to pay for the awfully made products

Terrible company! Kimberlycosmetics/ Tranquilitycosmetics

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered beginning of September. Items were for a birthday present which was well over. I emailed company to be told on numerous times to go to live chat. Did this many times, They don't even reply to your messages. I had to open a dispute, as I asked for a refund but they decided to say they sent items next day. That was a week and half ago. Still no items. I will be putting a complaint towards this company also trading under two names is quite weird! My dispute is still ongoing as you can't take people's money and send nothing out, or refund when asked. Customer service is bad as there is none. Please read reviews of this company before buying. Terrible experience! Scam artists at there best.

If I could give no stars I would!
Such a horrendously run company, ordered of 4th September, by 24th still no products, countless emails, contacts made through their website, Instagram and Facebook all being ignored.
Was eventually offered a full refund but due to their shocking customer service this wasn’t carried out.
Items aren’t that great in quality either and the ridiculous amount of packing is beyond what’s needed.
Clearly no care for their customers or the environment.

Don’t bother wasting your money.

I placed an order back in Aug and still not received it!
I have emailed, rang, messaged on facebook, live chat.. someone did email eventually last week and said they will look into it it looks like it's been lost, and now one again nothing!! I wouldn't recommend this company!!

Really crap customer service

Really crap customer service! The live chat in which no one replies. They point people to this as a get out of jail free card but it is god awful! The excuses they make are ridiculous and a blatant lie. Blaming the royal mail who were on strike? When they cancelled the strike due to the passing of the Queen? Joke! Never again will I be ordering from them again, I said at the beginning I would only ever go into store if I was to buy anything again but after being ignored and having the excuses I received never again.

THEY HAVE DISSOLVED AS KIMBERLEY/TRANQUILTY AND NOW TRADING AS BATH CANDY COSMETICS!! DODGY!!

Placed an order on 28th August, I hadn't read the delivery policy (upto 7days for dispatch but supposedly this is rare and usually within 3-5days) so left a message on the chat, received a reply stating it had only been 6working days of the advised 7 and the order would be dispatched soon..... waited till the 15th and again left a message and sent an email both received no response. I waited 48hrs before sending a second message and having used clearpay, I opened a dispute. Still no response from them but today I received an email showing items have now been dispatched. Very poor customer service. I understand its a small business but the delivery policy needs updated and they need to start answering customers queries when it comes to orders.

Awful

Awful. Placed a large order after two weeks I enquired where it was received a reply to say sorry it must of missed tracking as it had left a while ago. Codswallop. Its still sat in a dark corner of a broom cupboard. I paid with clear pay so I opened a dispute showing proof all emails have been ignored apart from initial one. Nobody answers the phone and mail box is full. Surprise since opening a dispute its now showing on tracking if I get all my products is another thing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Will never ever shop with this company again hiding behind tranquility and kimberly

READ OTHER BAD REVIEWS ON HERE AND GOOGLE BEFORE BUYING!! wish I had of done.
DECEITFUL COMPANY.Firstly there’s the hiding behind both names (Tranquility cosmetics and Kimberley cosmetics).
Secondly Kimberley cosmetics only seem to allow positive reviews on their website too (my negative hasn’t been put on)-other people have said the same!
Thirdly,the cosmetic mystery packs advert on their site and instagram shows 9 items (7 large and 2 small),However I only received a poor selection of 3 small products (donut bath bomb,lip scrub,lip balm) Had I have known so I wouldn’t have purchased.

POOR VALUE FOR MONEY.

Sent in a large box with loads of packing noodles-ridiculous amount for such small items!
Worst online purchase I’ve ever made.

Amazing products!

Amazing products!! They smell fabulous and leave you feeling amazing!! They even have products for dogs!! Last week I bought my granddog some paw balm and his mum and dad some pampering products to cheer them all up and it was delivered straight to them today.

There are regular updates by email to let you know the status of your order from being made to packing then dispatch and delivery.

There are so many options to choose from with their selection of bath bombs and other pampering treats but they also have a range of cleaning products and fabric softeners in a variety of scents.

Def my favourite way to treat my daughter for a surprise as she lives the products
