I ordered a set with 50 balls and100…
I ordered a set with 50 balls and100 sticks and tent for my 2 grandchildren to share as a Christmas gift. The company just emailed me that they have changed my order to 31 balls and 54 Sticks, half the order for the same price. What I ordered is no longer depicted. I am livid and have no recourse. They have my money and they don't care. Terrible. They at least could have sent me the set with 45 balls and 75 sticks to replace but they went with half the quantity for the same price and have the gall to send me a rebate code for 10% off my next order.

Excellent customer service
There was an issue with my order but the customer services team handled it really well, I was impressed. Couldn’t have asked for them to do any more, excellent service overall. If only every online retailer offered this sort of service! Product has arrived and I’m pleased with it.

Very good, highly recommended
We bought a very good brand new buggy for third of the price similar ones were going for in shops. Going strong after 3 months. Shipping was surprisingly quick and cheap.
