Love the Kingbull Rover 2.0 and customer service
I bought the Kingbull Rover 2.0 and was shipped for free within one day over a weekend. It arrived in perfect condition in just a couple of business days. The bike was super easy to mount and is well built. I took several short rides and it performed incredibly well both on the road and bike trails. I would like to give them kudos for their customer service. I also bought the more comfortable seat but had trouble remove the bolt holding the stock seat to the stem and ended up stripping it. I emailed the company and they responded on the same day indicating that they would send me another stem on the same day. I strongly recommend buying products from this company.

I needed to contact the company about an issue with the seat on my new bike and they were immediately responsive! They reached out and immediately fixed the problem and sent out a new seat! I will recommend this company and their bikes to my friends!

Terrible Quality and Customer Service
Bought this ebike fat tire mountain bike for my son as a Christmas present assembled and waited for the weather to warm up for use in April. His first time riding the bike the front wheel fell off. I tried reaching customer service using several of the emails on the site for several weeks and finally got a response from Wolfie .
They shipped a replacement fork and after a few weeks it arrived. I replaced the fork and took it to a local reputable bike shop to confirm everything was installed properly and got the OK.
Boy went out again on the bike and boom wheel falls off again. I contacted customer service which made me take a video of the bike in which they diagnosed that the wheel axle was not properly installed and the best they could do since the bike has been in use is send another axle even though the fork is bent now and the wheel will not attach. RUN from this company as you will be throwing your money away.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand how frustrating this situation must be—especially when it involves your son’s safety and enjoyment.
After your initial contact in April, we responded as quickly as possible and provided a replacement front fork free of charge once the issue was identified. As noted, the front wheel assembly requires manual installation, and in many cases, issues like wheel detachment are related to improper axle installation or insufficient tightening before riding. Even so, we did not hesitate to support you with replacement parts at that time.
Following your most recent message, we carefully reviewed the video you provided. Based on our assessment, the repeated issue appears to be caused by the front wheel axle not being properly secured before use. This can unfortunately lead to the wheel loosening during riding and, in turn, damage to the fork.
We understand you mentioned having the bike checked by a local shop, and we respect that effort. However, after several months of use, if there had been an inherent product defect, it would likely have been evident from the very beginning rather than occurring intermittently.
As a gesture of continued support, we offered to send a replacement axle to help resolve the root cause. Regarding the fork, it falls outside the warranty coverage under these circumstances, which is why we’re unable to provide a free replacement. We sincerely apologize if this feels disappointing, but we aim to apply our warranty policy fairly and consistently.

Quality bike with incredible customer support
Let me start by saying if there were more stars to give id give them a million! Kingbull bikes as a company and their customer service team have been exceptional!
Being new to the Ebike world i wanted something cool, reliable, can seat a passenger or 2 (my kids age 4&5) and has cool features all for a great price and thats exactly what I found with the kingbull ranger bike. At 700-800 dollars on special this bike is packed with features you wouldnt think exist on an Ebike. Cruise control, pedal assist, 7 speed Shimano gears, hydraulic brakes, long Cafe style racer seat with buddy extension and the list goes on.
Reached out to customer service before purchasing with questions regarding warranty, accident coverage, and other small questions and had a reply within a couple hours with all the information needed in a detailed breakdown. With that display or customer support I immediately purchased the bike. And when I forgot to add something to my order they took care of it without hassle and even offered to send a gift.
Overall im 1,000,000 percent happy with my purchase and even happier its with a great company that cares about their customers. Unlike these other companies that sell you a cheaply made bike (koomi) with a 3 month warranty Kingbull gives you 2 WHOLE FREAKIN YEARS!!!! Talk about peace of mind. Thank you again kingbull yall rock!

These bikes are amazing, they handle off roading like a charm. And the customer service has been top tier. Had an issue with my kick stand and lost the screws for it. I have been extremely happy with my King Bull experience. Not only is my Rover “as advertised” and then some, but I misplaced a bolt in the relatively simple final assembly process. I contacted King Bull through contact us on their website. It happened to be during the recent Holiday weekend. I then received a message from them saying, “we received your message and we are away for the holiday weekend and will contact you on Monday.
Monday morning came and sure enough, I was contacted, they gave me the specs on the bolt, directed me to my local hardware store and for .85 cents and no lost days, I was riding my bike. So far, I couldn’t be happier with the quality of both the bike and King Bull’s customer service!

I have recently purchased an ebike from Kingbull. Before making the purchase I hit Kingbull with a lot of questions. With a lot of ebike companies you do not get any communications from them when you contact them, but Kingbull promptly and accurately answered everyone of the questions I had (which were many!). This enabled me to make the purchase I did, and I am very happy with the purchase I made. Unfortunately for me, a few days after I made the purchase the price dropped on the bike I bought. But fortunately after I contacted Kingbull about this, they made it right with me! It is so refreshing to deal with a company who tries so hard to make the customer happy! BY the way, once I opened the box up, everything is packaged well and the bike is really nice!

I was thinking of getting an Ebike but…
I was thinking of getting an Ebike but knew nothing about them. After comparing numbers and features of various models I decided on the KingBull Ranger. My biggest surprise was how the quality compared with other brands that were offered at more than twice the price as what I paid for the Ranger. I’m still getting used to the almost intimidating power it has for such a small bike that cost so little. I highly recommend getting one if you’re considering getting an Ebike.

I absolutely love my Kingbull Ranger…
I absolutely love my Kingbull Ranger Ebike! The style is immediately classic and is set a part from all the other ebikes on the road. Putting it together myself took just under two hours and was pretty easy to do, and I’m not really tool savy. All of this coupled with their fantastic customer service, for when I needed a hand, goes to show that Kingbull Bikes is a solid choice in the rapidly growing ebike world

I’m very impressed with the Hunter 2.0s, the packing, the handling, the power and distance one can travel. The staff is amazing and helpful. I can’t say enough about the company and staff, especially Mr Wolf . I can’t wait to make exscuses to ride Willie as I named it after the jeep on the show Mash! Amazing bikes
These bikes are awesome to ride and very versatile to ride, on the sidewalk or through gravel they handle every condition wonderfully, I love the range on the bikes I can ride for multiple days or long distances and not have to worry about charging up often, will definitely be recommending these bikes to any family and friends.

Due to a temporary stock shortage and a warehouse transition, there was an unexpected delay. Great Bike... Helpful Customer Service
This is the first time I purchased an e-bike, and after doing a lot of research, I got a Kingbull Ranger. I initially had an issue with my rear brake after assembling the bike, and I was especially impressed with the timely and helpful responses I got from their customer service via email.
