Create an account and was through.Once in i deposit £30 after that it log me out automatically.
When I tried to log back in , it said account password wrong . Then tried forgot password for the 10th time and re entered a new password and still came as wrong password. Such a waste of time that some people do this for a living.You will never go far in life get that in you .👍

This company is a joke and scam they go on about fair play and what’s best for the customer and they use the random number generator which only favors the company not the customer guys stay well clear of this one there’s better ones out there

Still haven't been paid out 10 days later. And assuming from everyone else's experiences I've read here, it looks like it's part of their business model to ignore people's withdraws and emails in the hope the customer either forgets or gives up on pursing their rightful winnings.

I'm fortunate having family members who are competent solicitors so I can and will seek legal action if it's not paid, but for anyone else who doesn't have the means, time, or patience to pursue legal action I would strongly advise you to avoid this casino and instead use a more trusted and reputable one.

Pure scam. Put £20 in, won £50. Was instantly paid £10, other £40 is still waiting for other a month, been asked to provide loads of banking information to prove my original deposit, despite doing that it gets rejected and I’m asked for more and more information. No one replies to the emails you send to customer support. Avoid

I have two cash outs on this site, that have been pending since early June.
I have sent all relevant documentation, I have even reluctantly deposited again with the same card and was lucky enough to withdraw at a gamble… this was all successful but I’m ever so curious to why when this is the exact same card in question that I deposited with originally.
The pending withdrawals have been won fair and square, I can only assume you are holding my money back in hope I just give up, or it’s because I’m not valued as a customer but you’re happy to take my money. I think your customer service and business model is unfair and surly not legal as if I was withholding your money without justification then it would be classed as theft..
I’ve gone on to send 5 emails, I’ve also wasted my time been with live chat and been cut off endless times, I’ve tirelessly sent the same required documents! this is not how you treat people who trust your site enough to deposit in order to keep this business in business.
Regardless of how little or large my withdrawal it’s the principle that your withholding what’s rightfully mine. I didn’t want to have to write such a negative review however your continued ignorance has left me no choice

Withdrew 20 quid as i always do with a new site just to test if difficult. Steer clear.. despite being verified the money still not sent and not in account either. Customer service non existent. Lots of other good sites so leave this site be.

Tried to withdraw and haven’t had any issues before. Account already verified a while ago and now they are asking for bank statements again?!

Further EDIT to their reply- king casino have also had proof and confirmation from my bank that the payment never went in and this is King Casino error! Where has it gone to? I will be taking this further!

EDIT- it's now 01/08/2025 I still have not received my winnings. They just keep thobbing me off! I will be taking this further as it's totally unacceptable!!!

Absolute joke of a site. I withdrew £200 I won from free spins that I had built up. I could not withdraw to my card as it was a lost card nor do I use the bank account it was with anymore as it's now been closed.

I chose the wire transfer option with my revolut account for them to email me backs saying they don't wire transfer to Revolut. So how am I supposed to receive my winnings when you won't let me update a new card nor do you wire transfer to my bank?

Get the same crap from live chat, no number to call!

I just want that winnings I have won is that to much to ask?
