Kingdom Cards Avis 42

Ordered in stock items on the 15th January for 48hr delivery and still haven't received my goods as of 1st of April . No reply to emails and no refund.

I have not even received the order as of yet have emailed and no reply

This was the 2nd time I have used Kingdom Cards and I have to say the service has been excellent at a good price with a great selection of cards etc. Will use again.

Amazing communication, kept me updated on the order and delivery process. Even wished me luck on the opening of the product #pokemoncards

Ordered two items. Got no order confirmation email despite money leaving my bsnk. Waited a week, no item showed up. Sent an email on the 17/10/23 which was ignored. Called on the 19/10/23 which was ignored. Clearly scammers.

Order really late and not dispatched yet, no response to emails or phone calls, no option to cancel order either.

Avoid this company I pre ordered 31x Pokémon packs and still haven’t turned up. They won’t return emails or answer phone. I ordered over 100 packs through a couple other companies and they turned up weeks ago. STAY AWAY FROM KINGDOM CARDS.

This was for an order of Lorcana, a booster box and the starter decks. Having emailed kc before 1st sept regarding the lorcana release date they said that I would have my items on 1st September. 1st sept rolls around and I get an email to say that Lorcana had underdelivered and they couldn’t fulfill my booster box order, however my starter decks would be sent out without it that day, and I had a decision of whether to wait for them to get more stock of the booster box or refund. I requested a refund. A week later I still hadn’t either received my starter decks, dispatch notice, or the refund. I sent a total of 3 emails chasing for update regarding my starter decks and refund, with no reply until the third email, at this point I received the dispatch notice for the starter decks with it taking a week total from release for them to be posted. This is a really poor show for a fresh release product to not ship it out as soon as they receive it. The refund delays equally a poor show as it makes you doubt whether you will get the product or refund with such delays and lack of communication. I don’t hold the booster box supplies against the , but these other issues are just not on for a company. Personally I’d avoid them and use a more well known distributor or go to your local game store for items.

AVOID! Order #1709. No communication and no one answering the phone. They say packages are dispatched the day before release and I’m still waiting. I’ve even email to cancel and refund my order. Not a happy experience :( AVOID
