The service was just as fast and easy to set up as promised on the company website but they low balled the value of what I junked so much that I may have been better off spending a few months parting out my old truck myself. Lots of usable parts and a usable transmission shell. Good body and chassis. Engine was still good and tires only had 10k miles on them. Worth way more than the $340 I got that I only took because I was in a financial pinch at the time.

Wheb setting an appt for pick up the driver showed up on time. I was not told to get my title notorized before hand but the driver was very accomadating and made sure tonhelp me find a location where i could get it done even though it was a holiday. By the time i came back he already had the car hooked up and ready to go. The whole process took about 15 minutes. Highly reccomended.

This is one of the best experiences ive ever had!! I recommend this company to anyone, They were upfront and honest and were able to evaluate my car and give me the price I was looking for. The phone call was just a casual conversation of questions about the car. The phone rep Josh(very polite, yes mam kind of guy) I had was very considerate and patient and answered all my questions and concerns, he didnt care if the call took the 15 minutes to make sure i felt comfortable. After we agreed on my price one of his very friendly tow truck drivers came out and made sure the car was in the condition we had spoken about and gave me exactly what was said over the phone. It was a very fast and easy process, sometimes you hear about those other places that will change the price once they get to you but not these guys. So i would recommend them to anyone i know. I called King of Clunkers to take my 1999 Dodge Neon. The car was in real bad shape it had a busted windshield, no passenger window, all the plastics inside were broken and it did not run. They picked it up from the gas station where I had broken down. They paid me $250 and that was more than I had expected. They were on time and very polite. Recently my job offered to get me a company car so I decided to sell my personal car since I didn't want it to just sit around. My car was still in pretty good condition but I just didn't want to deal with selling it myself. I have very little free time and answering tons of phone calls and meeting strangers to show the car wasn't very appealing to me. I read that King of Clunkers bought cars in any condition so I figured i'd give it a try. I gave them a call and we were able to reach an agreeable price fairly quickly. I was a little surprised with how quickly they were able to come out and pick up the car. I think including the phone call and pickup time I spent less than 30 mins with the whole ordeal. That was exactly what I was hoping for. Getting that "chore" done so quickly allowed me to spend the rest of my day hitting the trails on my mountain bike.

They bought my Honda civic with a blown motor. I called them and they gave me $200 more than anyone else would and they towed my car free. Super friendly people. Over all very pleased
