Had Sam show us around our final choice property and I cannot fault her. She was lovely, talked us through the payment schemes and let us walk through the house at our own pace and answered all and any questions we had. Had our second viewing with Stephen who was more than helpful. Overall, nothing seems too small a question for these guys to answer, would highly recommend!

dont use them un supportive, it you rent property through them and any problem arise they just you solve your self just get the commission.

My experience with Kingswood has made me appreciate how important it is to use a specialist letting agent for managing the letting process of your HMO property. I was new to the Preston area for investing in property and following the purchase of two properties, I decided to try two different agents. One went really well…the one with Kingswood was a disaster!

They didn’t know the student market (as least the representative I used didn’t) and he initially advised too high a price to advertise at. After basically no interest I called the office to enquire about a reduction in weekly rental. Another person in the office stated the price was way too high and we reduced the price but she then left. Again time was ticking and still no interest and they said they had no idea why. I even coached them on their advertising method on Rightmove as it couldn't be found until page 10 based on price for lowest first. I also wrote to the MD twice about the poor performance and he didn’t even bother to reply to me.

The final straw was after still no interest another representative from them contacted me asking if they could re-advertise it. I stated it was still advertised with them. They then discovered someone else in their office had removed the advert 6 weeks before.

If you have a student HMO to Let, use a specialist HMO agent, not these numpties.

Louise has been there for us from beginning thru the end side by side helping us to move in our house before the holidays with stress free and no worries. She has answered all our calls. She's very profesional,helpfully and friendly. Very experienced in her work duties and procedures.

I recently found a property to let with Kingswood whilst under pressure to move home with my family by a certain date, which gave us only a few days to sort something out.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Ajay, who is their Business Development Manager, and explained our situation. In normal circumstances it could take several weeks to get things sorted. However, on this occasion, Ajay helped us to get the house contractually secured and keys handed over within 3 days! In addition to this, he has introduced me to his colleagues who are helping me with some other property related matters.

I would highly recommend Kingswood to anyone who is looking for a property to rent or buy. They are a decent bunch, who have been around for over 15 years now. Their branch in Fulwood is without doubt the best you will find in Preston, which is very nicely designed.
