My order was missing an item

My order was missing an item, and so I reached out by email. The person helping me kept saying that I needed to go look for my package- which I had already explained that I had recieved, but it was missing an item. They would then advise me that if my package was stolen, I needed to file a police report in order to get a refund. I again explained that I had the package, but they had forgot an item. I also sent pictures of the package and its contents at this point. They said they would work to resolve it, and then never did. I was not sent a replacement product or given a refund.

I would try to ensure whoever or whatever if you're using AI- actually follows through with customers and listens to the problem they are having.

Order fulfillment and customer service leaves much to be desired

The prices are good for some items. What sucks is the order fulfillment. They choose the cheapest shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) and if you want any hope of getting a refund or replacement if your package is lost, stolen or damaged, you have to pay this Package Protection fee which they spring on you when you check out. Otherwise you’re screwed. Why isn’t two day USPS Priority being offered at a reasonable price with insurance? It took close to 7 days for my package shipped from Colorado to arrive in California, including a detour back to Colorado because USPS sucks. When I inquired as to what’s going on, I got an email that seemed AI generated. Although I got my package, they did not send a real update on why it was late.

Horrible company do not purchase any products for them

Was the most drawn out horrible situation I have had in a long time not only was a product cheaply made and honestly just complete junk the customer service from kinkly was the only thing that was worse than their product. I will not buy anything from them or any company affiliated with them ever again so long as I live.

Better than I expected

I honestly never heard of this website but it seemed legitimate to me, so I bought an item from there website. Truly would have never expected to arrive so quickly and on time, especially for a great price, I didn’t get a wrong item like I read in some of the reviews, I got what I wanted which I am glad about 10/10 would buy from here again.

Buy literally ANYWHERE else. Terrible Customer Service - No returns.

I ordered a pillow. It arrived fully sealed in a cloth layer and an outer layer of fully sealed plastic packaging. Through the packaging I could feel the pillow and it was so densely hard as a rock, I knew immediately I could not use it. They REFUSED to accept a return because "I'd accepted the shipment" and because of "the intimate nature of the products" claiming they would have "no way to ensure it had not been opened."

It clearly had not been opened, had not been used, had never touched human skin. The packaging was fully sealed.

Despite many of their competitors offering hassle-free 60 or 90 day returns, I am amazed this company is in business.

I will absolutely never shop here again.

If you're considering buying an intimate item, I'd highly recommend you go to any number of other intimate retailers that actually care about customer service, such as Kindra, Healthy and Active, Moodie, Lovehoney.

Literally ANY OF THESE and most other places offer at least a 30 day return window for unused items in original packaging.

Product Didn’t Work — No Refund, No Accountability”

The product did not perform as described and felt noticeably different than expected. This was not a matter of personal preference—it simply did not function as intended.

Customer service was disappointing. My concern was dismissed as “individual experience,” I was denied a refund or return, and directed to the manufacturer instead of being helped by the seller. The representative was also argumentative rather than solution-focused.
Improvement suggestion: Take product concerns seriously, provide reasonable resolutions, and ensure customer service is professional and supportive.
