The team at Kinzy are incredibly talented and genuinely want you to have the best ring possible. They were so patient with me when I bombarded them with lots of questions wanting to know the ins and outs of the process and about durability as that was really important to me. They allow you to take as much time as you need to make your decision and will give you their opinion whenever you ask! I found a lot of shops just saying well it’s whatever you want but I wanted to know from experts about what was going to be timeless and last well. I cannot recommend them enough, my ring is absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait to wear it forever <3 I would recommend to anyone that wants quality craftsmanship, and they have lifetime polishing!!

Kinzy has fast become my go to for all my jewelry needs. I came in to get my gold hoops reshaped and polished and they did a fantastic job. Whilst I was there Asmaa helped me pick a gift for my partner. I had no idea what to get him so it was a hard task, but Asmaa was really patient with me and helped me come up with some options. She worked with me to design a bespoke moonstone pendant which was perfect! The team at Kinzy are really friendly and helpful and I love that it's a family business as it makes the experience feel so personal. I'd highly recommend!

I was looking for a sapphire in a particular colour, shape and size for quick delivery at a good price. I found something on Kinzy website and ordered. Delivery was quick and communication excellent. Beautiful stone and cannot wait to see the end result in a bespoke piece I am having made. I would buy from Kinzy again

We actually had no intention of buying our wedding rings here at first, we only popped in because Marco needed to use the toilet! 😂 But from the moment we walked in, everyone was so welcoming and helpful that we ended up staying, having a look around, and eventually choosing our wedding rings with them.

Asmaa looked after us and she was absolutely lovely. She was extremely knowledgeable about the store, the rings, the ordering process and what we could expect from start to finish. She took her time explaining everything in detail, answered all of our questions and never made us feel rushed or pressured.

We were able to find exactly what we wanted and we are so happy with our choice. We are currently waiting to collect our rings, but Asmaa has stayed in contact with us throughout the process and has kept us updated every step of the way.

Asmaa and the family at Kinzy are excellent, being truly helpful when I want to repair or purchase bespoke gold jewellery. Since January 2026, this shop is a long standing vendor for me, and the fact everyone is kind and good natured is a bonus.

The service was great, i had my wedding ring altered it has two types of metal a diamond and engraving all resized 9 sizes bigger after losing it for twenty years. Work completed within 48hours so i can only say kinzy were excellent, the ring looks like new and fits perfectly.

I initially found this jeweller through social media, called then called in to see them. We were made very welcome and Asma went out of her way to give detailed explanations about the product I was buying.
They even managed to resize the ring within an hour.
The best part was, they were not a hard sell team.

After popping into various jewellers in Hatton garden I was feeling a tad underwhelmed.
I was looking for a jeweller I felt I could trust with the repair of my wife’s engagement ring.
A very helpful jeweller pointed me to Kinzy..
Well I could labour on about what an absolute Gentlemen Munsif Kinzy is himself and the knowledge he bestowed upon me during our time together, and the fact that most jewellers in Hatton garden use him to have repairs and alterations done, but I won’t…
What I will say is he did an absolute first class repair on a very old engagement ring for me, replacing all 8 claws, repairing where the old ring had become weak rubbing up against my wife’s wedding ring, and completely refacing the mount.. was an amazing repair! All within 1 week…
I haven’t felt as relaxed and as sure about anyone in recent times as I did in his store…
I have no affiliation with Munsif what so ever, never met him before in my life, and I have to say my biggest misgiving is trusting people, which is why my wife’s ring sat in the safe for 2 years until I felt I could trust the right jeweller to repair it.
You would be doing yourself a huge Mis-giving if you did not at the very least pop into see this guy.
