I love how the Kirby Avalir 2 got the dust of my fly screen. Also how it got the dirt that was deep down in my carpet I was really surprised my the amount that came out. Also I was really happy how it got my rug clean as. Plus the sale person was really friendly.

MI HANNO ROVINATO IL TAPPETO A PELO LUNGO, DA MORBIDO E LUCENTE SI E' INFELTRITO E ARRICCIATO... PERCHE' E' STATO TRATTATO E LAVATO COME FOSSE MOQUETTE, IL RAPPRESENTANTE CHE HA FATTO LA DIMOSTRAZIONE HA CERCATO DI RIPRISTINARLO MA SENZA RIUSCIRCI...COSI' MI VIENE DETTO CHE L AVREBBE PORTATO IN SEDE PERCHE' LI AVEVANO I MEZZI PER POTER RISOLVERE IL PROBLEMA...(NON E' STATO COSI'...AD OGGI MI RITROVO CON UN TAPPETO COMPLETAMENTE ROVINATO INUTILIZZABILE... E SENZA RIMBORSO PER IL DANNO SUBITO... SE NE SONO LAVATI COMPLETAMENTE LE MANI.

Had 2 people door knock on my door. The man was extremely pushy and forceful with his words. I asked to be contacted the following day to book in a time and day to which the man attempted to book in a time that afternoon or following day. The next day he then turned up to my house and entered my house without my consent and attempted to complete the clean even after I had asked them to leave multiple times.
Would not recommend their service, they are very aggressive and rude!

Nonostante le numerose chiamate ai venditori (provincia di Pescara) ad oggi manca ancora la consegna di alcuni prodotti che facevano parte dell’acquisto. Aspirapolvere acquistato a marzo del 2020. L’aspirapolvere inoltre risulta rumoroso è molto pesante da spostare. Non lo consiglio.

I bought a kirby vacuum cleaner some months ago and I hate it. It's heavy difficult to manoeuvre and after I vacuum I have to go over the carpet with my stick LG to pick up all the bits it missed. I am disgusted and angry . I'm still paying it off and very disappointed. Don't buy one, not worth $2 let alone over $4,000.

Ho fatto l'errore di comprare un Kirby che ho pagato 2600 euro perché mi sono fatta raggirare da due venditori che sono venuti a fare la dimostrazione a casa. Hanno usato tecniche di convincimento subdole facendomi sentire in colpa perché la casa con il vecchio aspirapolvere non era abbastanza pulita. Mi hanno venduto un aspirapolvere che si è rotto dopo tre anni e per l'assistenza mi hanno chiesto 550 euro. Non ho accettato di farlo aggiustare, a quel prezzo posso comprarne uno nuovo. Sono dei disonesti.

Prodotto pessimo! Non fidatevi assolutamente! Ci sono aspirapolveri sul mercato che costano molti meno e hanno una qualità nettamente migliore.

Ho preso questo aspirapolvere da un venditore che è venuto fino a casa, purtroppo lo conoscevo e mi sono fidata. Fanno passare questa specie di aspirapolvere come il migliore in circolazione e ti fanno firmare una carta dove ti negano il diritto di recesso, nonostante su contratto c'è scritto che si ha diritto di recesso entro 14 giorni, nonostante le telefonate non vogliono concedermi tale diritto per un aspirapolvere scomodo, rumoroso, poco performante e ingombrante!!! Non vi fate ingannare è tutta una strategia per vendere sta ferraglia tra l'altro a un prezzo esagerato!

Il Kirby è fantastico 😍 permette realmente di pulire casa. quando ho visto i tappeti e i materassi a chi livello erano sono rimasto senza parole

Ho acquistato questo magnifico attrezzo dopo aver visto una stupenda dimostrazione dove i consulenti erano non solo gentili e cordiali ma molto professionali. Consiglio vivamente di acquistarlo perché vi farà risparmiare non solo tempo ,denaro e fatica ma ha molti vantaggi. Oltre che occupare pochissimo spazio ...

Rinnovo la mia recensione, aspirapolvere scomoda,pesante si Aida a passarlo, filo che si incastra sotto le ruote. Tornassi indietro non lo prenderei .

En sælger fra kirby Danmark kom for at demonstrere deres produkter og fik ødelagt betrækket på vores madras. Sælger beder os om at tage kontakt til kirby med en reklamation for at få dækket det ødelagte. Dette gjore vi straks (februar 2023) og i dag (maj 2023) har vi stadig ikke fået vores erstatning.
Mega dårlig kundeservice skal man lede længe efter..! De beder om dokumentation på at betræk ikke kan tåle støvsugning og selvom de har fået denne dokumentation svare de ikke tilbage på henvendelser giver ikke erstatning for det ødelagte og vil slet ikke have dialog med kunderne.

Kan bestemt ikke anbefale firmaet hvis man kunne give o stjerner fik de det af os.

Er glad for jeg ikke købte noget af sælger, da man tilsyneladende ikke kan komme i kontakt med firmaet kirby Danmark

I bought a second hand Kirby Ultimate G Diamond Edition manufactured in 2004 about 6 years ago. The machine had a shampooer and all the attachments. I live in Australia and got a company from Toowoomba, QLD to come down and service it for me. Skip did such a good job going through the system and his passion for the product is second to none. I still have a fantastic vacuum 20 years from manufacture. I use my Kirby vacuum every Saturday for about 3 hours, I use the shampoo unit regularly to get rid of stains and just to refresh the smell within the room. I couldn't speak highly enough of this product.

Buongiorno, dopo tanti messaggi e telefonate da parte dell'assistenza mi sono convinta a far revisionare l'elettrodomestico, mi chiamano e dicono signora per la revisione generale,pulizia e turbina nuova spenderà 150 euro (ho con me la lettera che dice ciò) poi mi richiamano e mi dicono che per quella cifra non lo possono fare avrei dovuto spendere 450 euro ho detto richiudetelo e rimandatemelo così ....morale della favola non si accende più!!!!! Io l'ho inviato che si accendeva ......pessimi 😒😒😒😒

Door to door salesman came to my door advertising free cleaning of one area to "get his quota", I got talked into cleaning my entry carpet. He came back a minute later with another guy and had about 6 boxes they threw around my house, then started cleaning. He made some phone calls during, took down my address and first name and presumably got his point for the cleaning. He had to unpack every single item and show me all the attachments. It took a while but I started to show I was not going to buy and was grumpy and eventually offered to help him pack up and put everything outside. The agent took this hint pretty well. I assume if his partner had picked up the call he would be on the way back to pressure me into a sale. I also started looking up reviews saying they can rob you while you go to another room to pick things up for them, which I did. I don't think they took anything of value, I hope I am correct. Overall I didn't buy anything but they broke my flower pots and spilled things so now my floor is dirtier than before and didn't clean it up.

Your company had door to door marketing about 15 years ago. I was 5 years old around that time and you showed me and my family a big ass picture of a bed bugs on your presentation and it scarred me for life! I didn’t know that bed bugs exist and this definitely isn’t a way for a child to learn about them! Shame on you, you need to pay for my therapy now because I’m deathly afraid of ANY bugs because of you!

Mi chiamano per fare un colloquio, (ovviamente non mi è stato detto in cosa consisteva il lavoro) passato il colloquio mi chiamano per fare un corso. Finito il corso teorico doveva iniziare quello pratico. Bene per farlo dovevi fare nominativi e numeri di 10 persone, che a loro volta avrebbero dovuto dare almeno 8 nominativi a testa e fare almeno una vendita. Inoltre fanno tipo lavaggio del cervello a chi è a fare il corso a tal punto che le persone credono davvero di non poter vivere senza quella specie di aspirapolvere

Contatto l'assistenza kirby perché il mio aspirapolvere si è guastato, mi rispondono quelli di Roma, dove vengo gentilmente informate del da farsi, tutto gratuito ritiro e consegna nonché visione tecnica, spedisco il tutto il preventivo è di 850,00 euro si è rotta la turbina bisogna cambiare tutto il motore (ASSURDO) decido di non aggiustarlo la signorina chiara mi risponde attezzita e mi saluta senza dirmi altro, mi richiama sotto un'altro nome dopo 2 giorni (stessa identica voce, accento forse la gemella) faccio finta di cascare nellinganno e mi fa la proposta di aggiustarlo con 380,00euro non accetto, scende a 250,00,. non accetto perché non mi fido piu, allora mi dice che per il ritiro del mio kirby ci sono 50 euro di visione tecnica, uno schifo sono di Roma, fate attenzione perché una turbina costa 39,00 euro

Sono stato contattato per poter lavorare con loro,viene un tipo senza aver parlato del lavoro siamo andati a fare visite su miei nominativi in un giorno fatti 3 appuntamenti e fatto una vendita ,non e' stato rispettato cio' che era stato promesso,ovviamente procedera' il mio studio legale per tutelarmi e sinceramente questa macchina a mio avviso non valle tutti quei soldi 3000 euro circa non credo ,io personalmente non ho visto ne professionalita' ne serieta' da queste persone con cui dovevo lavorare, ora cerchero' di avere ciò ' che mi aspetta per vie legali e sconsiglio vivamente, state lontani da queste persone .....
