Excellent service from very helpful staff
Excellent service from very helpful staff! Our old dishwasher broke down on Sunday evening; ordered a new one from Kitchenology on Monday morning and it was delivered, expertly fitted and fully working by Thursday lunchtime.

Brilliant service - support your local merchants
Only giving 5 stars because I can't give more.
Amazing service for my mum who can't get out and about too easily. After a phone call to the shop, James visited Mum's house, discussed options for a new fridge and arranged for the purchase, delivery and installation in double quick time. Everything he said he would do he did. The installers were a delight and did a great job exactly when they said they would, and James had gone above and beyond to follow up with me with guarantee info. Very fairly priced too. This is local service at its very best.

I think BEN was the name of the man who waited on me -- and he was very helpful and not a bit pushy. He gave me the time I needed to think about my purchase.
