All went smooth from start to finish! Popped in store to order asked for a dilervery date that i needed!
The guys that dilivered my fridge/frezzer were happy to put on shoe covers & were happy & polite too! Deffo reccomend & any appliance o need i will be getting here in future!

Efficient and quick installation of new £550 Bosch washing machine and disposal of our old 30-year-old Bosch predecessor. (The old machine had fused all the power in the house when its heating element had failed). It was pouring with rain when the new machine was bodily carried in but the two-man team conscientiously wiped their feet every time they entered the house and opted not to use a wheeled truck out of respect for our carpets! All the hoses and waste pipes were methodically checked before the new machine was installed.

Good customer service, no pressure to buy and very nice showroom. I had an induction hob installed and the installer was very professional and did a great job

Quick delivery, ordered Wednesday evening and was delivered Friday morning. Rang Thursday to arrange a time slot and delivered right on time. Were very polite and helpful.

Only 5 stars. I would give 6 if I could. Mike was very helpful in making sure we got what we needed. This included a site visit to check measurements. No trawling the internet for me. kitchenology did all the work. On delivery day I was really tricky to get the large fridge into the house. James and Jake did a great job. They made sure that things were installed properly and the kitchen cabinets were put back together. Cleaned up and left us delighted with our new appliances.
This is why we shop local. We will be back. Well done. Great value, Great service. Many thanks.

We bought a fridge freezer. The chap at the shop was knowledgable and helpful at purchase. The delivery was on time and they were very good at taking care of our home as they installed the fridge freezer and changed the hinge side of the doors for us. Friendly, efficient, value for money and excellent at their jobs. All involved where great.

We had a very good experience using Kitchenology earlier this year and had no hesitation in using the same company again. We ordered an integrated dishwasher and within a week it arrived and was fitted. Everything happened as scheduled, it was installed by a very tidy and professionally fitter who checked it was up and running before he left.
