Found all the staff professional and helpful. I was really impressed by the fitter. The only problem was that although the designer had given a solution for disguising a wine rack, the surveyor failed to inform me that this wasn't possible and now have a white wine rack in the middle of my grey kitchen. The fitter suggested I paint it which is probably what I will do.

Only a couple days after contacting the Kitchen Restoration Company by phone, the designer Len arrived to spend a few hours talking through our ideas over lots of photos on his laptop of finished designs and styles installed previous to ours. He understood the look that we were after, no hard sell for any further upgrades, had a feel for what cost would be acceptable and made very good suggestions (we weren’t sure exactly what we wanted at first), quoting a price that was less than we expected. We only had to point out one small detail to correct his design drawing (which way a door opened). On the spot, he arranged a date for Ian to come and take exact measurements just 2 days later. Ongoing communication from them was good. 13 days later, Wlod and Julek came on time to fit our refurb kitchen with all the correct doors and drawer fronts, plus cooker, hob, extractor, and double sink, and worked smoothly together. The next two days Wlod came on his own (as advised), also dealing successfully, professionally, and quickly with three awkward problems (fitting the extractor hood exhaust pipe, the hob wiring, and an awkward door in front of our washer). Both fitters were friendly and polite, and worked smoothly, accurately, professionally, and confidently, and queried any options as they arose. And they left the room tidy. We are delighted with what we feel is a new kitchen and a trouble-free experience. Very happy to recommend.

Great workmanship, we're very pleased and our kitchen feels like new. The fitters Mick and Phil were friendly, professional, flexible and made good suggestions when we were maybe indecisive at times.

Our experience was very positive and we highly recommend this company.

Initially the sales person arrived ,then having received a quote , 2 nr supervisors came independently to measure up and order the materials , work top and splashback ,then a 2 man team came to carry out the works which after 2 hrs, became a 1 man team to carry out the works, what was promised to be a 3 day max job stretched to over 3 weeks because there was an issue with delivery of splashback materials. the final product was not that good and dealing with the head office regarding any issues they just hide behind there contract clauses.

Lovely service from beginning to end and it all happened so quickly with minimum fuss even when a readjustment was needed mid way through

I love my new kitchen. Even though I changed my mind and wanted granite worktops instead of my initial choice, this was no problem. Because my kitchen is quite small and I had my fridge freezer in the tv room (forever!), Simon found a way to get it in it's rightful place. He phoned me several times during the process to get what I wanted and to keep me up to date. Thank you everyone

Excellent work! We're really pleased with the results. KRC have been very professional and supportive from the professional advice of the lovely consultant that visited us to the Surveyor and installation visit everything ran smooth like a breeze just as planned!
