Kite Mortgages is a specialist mortgage broker for City professionals. We work with lawyers, investment bankers, private equity (PE) and hedge fund professionals, traders and senior tech leaders. Our clients tend to earn well, but their income can be harder for lenders to assess: bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), carried interest, partnership drawings, foreign currency. Different lenders may treat the same income very differently, and our work is knowing where each type of income may be recognised and structuring the application accordingly. We arrange lending through a broad panel of lenders, from high-street names to private banks, and the initial consultation is fee-free.

I used Kite Mortgages as a broker in the purchase of a leasehold property in London. Great service, I highly recommend! David is very knowledgeable and always responded quickly to any queries and concerns that I had. I will be sure to use Kite Mortgages again in future, when I am ready to remortgage.

Top service, David is very knowledge, and the different options available for our mortgage were laid out in detail. It was our first mortgage so it was great that David made everything simple to understand, and seems to genuinely care. Great advice, highly recommended!
