Quick delivery
I was able to get a product out of stock in more common pharmacies. I had to call them as it hadn't been dispatched after a couple of days. They needed to ask me health related questions and once done it was dispatched. Great service but I am not sure how long it would have been if I hadn't followed up.

I got a zaptec electric lice comb
I got a zaptec electric lice comb.
The battery provided was just loose in the packet and had leaked battery acid on everything including the user manual. The inside packaging holding the comb was all crushed and split. Not the best experience.
The other items i ordered were fine.

Hi Victoria! sorry for your experience, I will contact the supplier for you tomorrow and organise a replacement, unfortunately the lice comb comes wrapped in plastic so we cant check whats inside the box
