Misplaced order from Kiyoko-UPS
An order was placed with Kiyoko on July 3rd, the package was supposed to be delivered by UPS. UPS lost it in the system, and i was told i would be refunded. Today, July 28 i receive an email from Kiyoko stating that UPS has found the package and will be delivered tomorrow. I told them earlier that i already purchased the products elsewhere and wanted a complete refund. Poor Customer Service by UPS. Kiyoko was able to refund me and appreciate it. Have reordered from them, lets see how it goes, will keep updating.

Wonderful Products and Excellent Customer Service
Kiyoko has wonderful beauty products and their customer service is excellent. I’ve made several purchases of hair & bath products and each time everything has arrived beautifully packaged to protect the items while in transit. I was able to find a Japanese brand that my Mum used to buy for my sister & me when we were teenagers, and it brings so much joy. Thanks : )

Kiyoko Beauty is my go to whenever I want to buy a my korean skincare or whenever I am looking for a new one that I want to try reasonable price and lots of options, very accommodating and friendly staff. If I want to ask something I just shoot them an email and they will reply as soon as they can and give me advices. I really love Kiyoko Beauty. Thank you so much for everything. Ever since I started using Korean skincare I can see an improvement in my skin. ❤️🤗

Shipping was pretty good! I think I had my order within two weeks and yes I live in Canada. I really like their cleanser. Not drying and I use it every day. I’m trying their other products as well. A quarter of the price of what I pay for my ZO products and I haven’t noticed a decline in the quality switching over. No break outs either which is important. My friend recommended them to me and she used to work in the industry. So I give this company two thumbs up. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Shipping is good
Shipping is good, product is good. But very expensive. I’m glad I can buy this product in Canada but it’s so much more expensive than in japan.
