This morning I was in need of a wacker plate for a 1 day hire. I messaged KJB Tool Hire Limited via WhatsApp with my request and within 20 minutes I was loading the wacker plate into my vehicle with a helping hand from the staff, after a comprehensive explanation on operating the plate.

The whole process of hiring was very straightforward from payment, ID checks and T&C's, the cost was cheaper than nearby national outlets, the staff were friendly and helpful. KJB are a small local business who provided a fantastic service and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.
Once I'd finished with the wacker plate, the staff were all too happy to help offload it out of my vehicle.

After being let down by a larger tool hire company, KJB stepped up and saved the day. They were easy to contact, clear and concise on the phone and were able to get me a last minute, same day digger hire at a rate that was better than the previous company.
