I live in the Republic of Ireland
I live in the Republic of Ireland, and ordered items from your company in the UK, your prices were in Pounds and didn't convert over to Euros as you know as ye have shops in Ireland where we use the euro. The tops in Pounds were 32pounds, but by the time of conversion ended up by me paying 67 in euros. Then on top of that I had to pay another 13 Euros for to get my parcel after paying your company for post and packaging, no customs or vat to pay, but to the Irish Post Office, and that came from Customs. I came across your shops from holidaying in the UK, Batley Mills near Huddersfield, Which I loved visiting where a very nice lady told me about the shops you have within shaws department store in Waterford and Kilkenny, I don't see why I had to pay all that extra money out seeing as ye could have sent the items to either of these stores for me to pick up. Not very happy at all with your service. Kathleen Kelly. Carlow, Irish Republic. (The items were not in any of the shops here)
