Ordered dress online, had tried it on in store but my size was sold out. Friendly, helpful staff in store. My online order arrived very quickly, was able to track delivery. Happy customer!

Just wonderful helpful staff helping me find the right dress for a wedding . Lots of lovely new summer clothes in vibrant colours . I had ordered two dresses on line as they didn’t have my size , the ladies in the j32 store sent back the one I didn’t want to save me the job of returning them , so thank you for being so obliging . On the whole the majority of staff are so Pleasant. helpful. Smiling etc but sadly the manager there lacks these qualities

Inshore service & online order
Went into store, & they didn't have my size... the lady explained I can buy on line, if it didn't fit, pop back into store for a refund.
Parcel ordered, it arrived very quickly... sadly it didn't fit!
Be mindful, if u pay by PayPal, they can only refund u in store during head office opening times... mon-fri 9-5... no bank holidays
