Klean Kanteen Avis 

Ich habe leider die gleiche Erfahrung mit dem Sportverschluss gemacht, wie andere hier. Der Verschluss ist sehr undicht und schützt leider nicht vor dem Auslaufen. Es war ein Geschenk und ich habe damit die 14 Tage Reklamationsfrist verpasst. Keine Kulanz vom Shop und ein neuer Verschluss kostet halb so viel wie die Flasche mit Verschluss.. Schade!

Purchased TKPro. Drink was tepid warm after just 3 hours.

I was glad to buy Klean Kanteen insulated bottle, it's stainless and build for outdoor uses, sounds very sustainable and strong. however, it lose its function(to keep water hot/cold) less a year! when I contacted customer service about the problem, hoping if it could be the seal broken and I could get a replace seal, hope to continue to use the bottle, I even attached the photo of my bottle and hoping they could help with the issue. unfortunately, the customer service Xavier's reply was really let down, not even answer my question and attached the link ask me to understand what is "insulation" means! I think people buy this so called build for outdoor bottle, knowing its function and suppose to build for outdoor uses! not a tiny dent could lose its thermal function! I use my bottle at home and occasionally bring out to shops, can't believe this is so called for outdoor uses.
I don't recommend this water bottle, for its price and quality, definitely not sustainable.

Order was missing an item. Company insisted I pay return shipping for the rest (I am leaving town and cannot wait for the missing item to be shipped). Had to escalate this to a manager.

It should be automatic that company pays return shipping if there is a problem with the order

Got given as a Christmas present by daughter Warned me keeps fluids very hot for many hours it did until recently when now coffee is lukewarm after 2 hours Bad buy

The design and materials of this thermos is outstanding, but if the company still hasn't solved the issue about the lid, then it won't stay hot (36 hours) not even close. The lid is getting hot immediately and it lets out heat. I did make a test against my old favourite thermo, which shouldn't be better at all. It was clear that the lid is letting out heat, much faster than it should.
I returned the flask with a hope of, that I just got a lid with a defect, and I could get another one.. but after a Google search, I didn't want to bother with buying/returning another one.
That's just a shame, because the design, materials, functionalities like leakproof and the 360 degrees pouring is just remarkable.
I hope that You will get the hot lid thing sorted out.

Ordered 2 weeks before Christmas and paid £4.95 for DPD next day delivery. Parcel wasn't delivered as scheduled - on the contrary, I received messages every day thereafter saying the parcel wouldn't be delivered that day either. Can only reach KK via email. No reply. Waited 40 minutes on hold with DPD to be told that they had no idea when the parcel would be delivered. Claim it's because of a backlog of deliveries though I've received at least a dozen other parcels since I began waiting for this one. I guess no one told DPD about Christmas. Ultimately decided to cancel the order altogether so I have time to get something else. KK did so without even acknowledging my email. Now short a Christmas present for my kids. Nice.

The sports/straw lids fail if a little seal/valve, that sits under the the sipper when it's folded down, falls out. Mine fell out. Doesn't seem there was much holding it in. I went back to my retailer (because "warranty"), they contacted the company where it was recommended, of course, that I visit the warranty section of the website. Once there, you start to realize how difficult they make the warranty process. All I want is a replacement part. Send me one. Sell them online, I'll buy one. But there's no mention of them anywhere on the Klean Kanteen website. I'm certainly not going to send the lid in for assessment at my own expense. I think they're counting on that. So, that will be my last 50 dollar water bottle. I should have known better. Not many good honest companies out there anymore.

Klean kanteen... drinkbeker met sportdop. Lekt na een tijdje zidanig dat de fles onbruikbaar wordt om mee naar school te nemen. Ik raad de sportdop af en koop meteen een draaidop. Of koop een goedkope bidon ergens. Ik baal ervan, dacht in een duurder / duurzamer segment te kopen. Nu moet ik de " lekdichte" dop extra/ achteraf bestellen. Dan kom je op € 27,45 voor een kinderfles.

Der Sportverschluss läuft aus und nach einiger Zeit bildet das Mundstück einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch. Klean kanteen selbst wollte dazu nicht Stellung nehmen und meine Anfragen zunächst mit einem chatbot beantwortet und danach einfach ignoriert. Das spricht nicht Herde für Qualität und Kundenorientierung!!

I kept finding mold on the inside of the bottle and on the lid. No matter how much I have cleaned both bottles it returns. I decided to check the mouth piece of the sports cap because my 2 year old has been having a lot of respiratory issues. I was shocked to discover black mold in an area you physically can not take apart and clean. I had to use a knife to scrape at it to find the mold. I decided to get pliers to pull off the black rubber mouth piece to be disgusted by what it was hiding inside. Tomorrow I will be contacting my son's Dr with this finding incase that is the reason of his health issues. Also I have never used anything of than water for my children in the bottles.

Got a klean kanteen for my birthday, but it the bottle cap started leaking prerry soon. Beacause I got it as a present I dont have any receipt. But I guess it shouldn't matter, beceause they state " lifetime warranty " So I tried to exchange it for a new one. They state that it wasn't posible since I didn't own any receipt.

I bought this bottle because I wanted one that I would be able to keep for years and not worry about it. For me, that was worth the high price.

The sports cap started leaking on day one, apparently this is 'supposed' to happen. So I bought an expensive extra cap so I would be able to even use it.

I dropped the bottle once, and it was so dented I couldn't put it on a table anymore. It would just fall over. I contacted the company and they said I should smash the bottom with a hammer to fix it. That didn't work, I contacted them again, but they wouldn't help me.

It's ridiculous that these products are so expensive, while the quality and customer service is terrible and non-existent.

These bottles are style over substance for two reasons. 1: the sports lids leak a lot, you can’t take it anywhere in a bag unless you’re positive it’s always upright. 2. They are too tall and narrow, and have a curved base. This means when the bottle is full, or even half full, they want to topple over all the time. This means you will accidentally knock it, making an incredibly loud noise. These two things combined make it a fairly useless item which causes daily annoyance.

We bought an insulated TKPro bottle a couple of years ago. It stopped insulating a while ago, so we sent it back under warranty. It was quickly replaced without hassle and any questions. Great customer service! Thanks a lot Klean Kanteen!

We have been using Kleen Kanteens for years now. We bought them thinking they would be durable, which the flask is. However, the sports cap needed replacement every year. The soft rubber/silicon would tear after a while. Replacement caps are expensive. Also not as leak proof as we would have liked. We are changing to a different brand

bought one bottle at a french retailer called Natureo, the design is not too bad but pricing quite high for what it is. from the beginning it does quite a ridiculous noise when you drink from it making everybody looking at you when you drink in public. + the lid has start leaking about only few days after purchase... enough to say the quality is pretty mediocre

Very good travel mugs, durable, and keep hot beverages for hours. Easy to clean, can go to dishwasher. Also Company stands behind their products, we have 5 travel mugs from them, and one lid started to get bad, I contacted Customer Service, filled the warranty form, and they immediately sent a replacement

I have a sport bottle for 6 years now, survived many off road trips in a hot desert weather (43c) with ice holding on for over 12 hours! never leaked, felt down many times and still looks great! i have just now after 12 years replaced the lead.
