Kleer Circle took that whole piece off my plate. They found the property in Muskegon, ran the numbers with me, and walked me through the purchase from offer to close in 7 weeks. What I appreciated most was that nothing felt rushed or salesy. When I had questions, Logan answered them same day, usually with more context than I asked for. After closing they handled the setup, design, and listing launch, and I honestly did very little beyond signing things. We went live in July and had bookings our first week. If you know you want an Airbnb but don't want to become a full time researcher to get one, this is the way to do it. Five stars from me.
